Located in a 107-year-old mansion, Gallery Marten Randa shows contemporary artists in combination with a solid
collection of his own work. The house connects several spaces, all of them adaptable to suit each exhibition or piece best. “Our gallery is not a sterile space, but an actual home – the place where art lives on. This way people can see how a piece of art actually fits into their home,” Randa explains. Behind the gallery an “imagined city garden” arises, filled with bronze statues and a spot where nature and art are in perfect balance. The wide variety of colours immediately strike you when gazing at Randa’s own paintings.
