Chocolate Company’s journey began with hot chocolate. In Aachen (Germany), chef Toussaint Claessens came up with tasty, rich and often adventurous hot chocolate flavours and sold a different selection every day. When customers requested to have all these wonderful flavours available all the time, it was time to do things differently. Toussaint developed a way to serve every flavour every day. And so the ‘hotchocspoon’ was born – a one-portion serving that turns a cup of hot milk into delicious hot chocolate
