Imagine that you have been producing pasta as an Apulian family for more than 40 years, including producing for large companies. You are probably doing a great job of making delicious pasta, but perhaps you never get the appreciation you deserve. So, what do you do? Open up a pasta restaurant in beautiful Amsterdam, of course. This side of Amsterdam, with the Foodhallen nearby, is perfect for us to start off.” We hear you thinking: homemade pasta, what is all the fuss about?
