LEVS takes Dutch expertise on good urban living environments across European borders, to Russia as well as to several countries in Africa. “With the rapid changes in economic and social structure we notice a great demand for better living environments and a higher quality of housing in these countries, though the context and conditions are varied. The expertise we gathered in the Netherlands is of great value when we design for our clients abroad,” explains co-founder Marianne Loof. With over 25 years of experience in the Dutch architectural tradition, LEVS’s mission is to add to the quickly growing cities outside of Europe.
