Autonomous industrial product designer Maarten Baptist from JOINE takes his work very seriously. Design should be optimal for its function, the production process should be done locally and responsibly and it still has to be reasonably priced. Mastering this delicate balance, many of his products have taken years to complete. This has resulted in a series of stylish and functional products such as the Lucky Love Chair and his user-friendly, yet pretty jug for water pouring.
